What is your return & exchange policy?
Exchanges and returns that are the result of an error on our end are accepted within 30 days of the order being placed. Email bonbonvieshop@gmail.com with the subject "returns" or "exchanges" to begin the process. If you want to exchange an item, indicate what the issue is and what you would like to exchange it for.
Please make sure you choose the correct size when ordering your item, we cannot currently offer refunds or exchanges to sizing issues (if it is not related to an error on our end.)
When will I get my shirt(s)?
Your shirt will be printed and mailed out within 2-7 business days. You will receive another email once it has been shipped, along with the tracking number (tracking available for United States orders only). Below are the average shipping times. Most shirts are printed within 3 days and shipping takes about 2-3 days if you are in the United States. You will likely receive your shirt in about a week, but it could take more.
